Q: How do you feel about being selected to participate in Colorado Independent Women of Film?
MN: I am very pleased to be selected for the 2014 Colorado Independent Women of Film Festival. I screened my feature film, independence, last year and had a wonderful time at the event.
Q: What are your hopes for the event?
MN: I’m looking forward to seeing work from our community and hearing about projects in development.
Q: Tell me briefly about yourself and your film/project.
MN: WAKE is a poetic image of grief and longing. It was written and performed by Stacie Knock. Jerry Fess composed/performed the musical score.
Q: What else are you working on?
MN: I am currently focusing on writing. I just completed a text called Sanity in Acting with my colleague Galina Boulgakova (available at http://www.amazon.com/Sanity-Acting-teachings-Boulgakova-Stanislavski-based/dp/1497415969/). The text teaches Stanislavski System and explores how to keep the actor whole and sane.
Q: Where can people go to find out more about you and your work?
