Q: Why did you become a filmmaker?
MI: I love making art (mainly drawing and painting), making poems and stories, and composing music, and have found that animation is a great medium for me because I can put everything I love into it.
Q: How do you feel about being selected to participate in Colorado Independent Women of Film?
MI: I am grateful to be able to share my animation piece. Thank you!!
Q: Who would enjoy attending the festival? Is it just for the filmmaking community, or is there a reason why non-filmmakers should attend?
MI: I think everybody who loves music, art and/or something creative would enjoy attending the festival.
Q: Tell us one unique thing about you and/or your movies?
MI: A different view with an Asian touch…?
Q: What else are you working on?
MI: I’m working on my new animation piece.

MI: It’s a great opportunity for the female film makers to share their pieces.
